Whatever you're thinking, I’m here to help you bring it to life (or at least try to).
But first, we have a few things to go over.
My Commission Policies
I require, at the very least, a 45-day work period, or turn around time, for a piece, dependent on size. The bigger the piece, the more time that is required. This allows working time, a final dry time (varies 1-3 weeks, depending on oil mediums used), and then a varnish. If you have a specific date you need a piece by, please keep this in mind. Also keep in mind shipping times if you are out of a range to pick up the piece.
If a piece is to be shipped, the cost falls to the buyer. I will calculate this into the total cost of the piece.
A 50% deposit is required to book a commission. This is to protect my time and help cover up-front costs, such as a new canvas. The remainder of the price is due the day of final approval. I will not send a piece until all funds have been received. A frame is included with pieces that are canvas paper (unless you would like to purchase your own). Gallery wrapped canvas pieces will not come with a frame.
Up to three revisions are allowed to adjust and alter any part of the piece. After that, revisions will cost $30 an hour. Time will be tracked.
I ABSOLUTELY do not currently accept any other payment methods other than my current methods of: Zelle, Paypal, CashApp, and Venmo. Unless you are within range to exchange cash, these are all I accept.
Last, but most importantly, I currently only offer commissions done in oil paints. I do not work with acrylic, pencil or charcoal, pastels, or any other art medium except for oil paints at this time. If you wish to have a piece done with any of those, I ask you to find a different artist.
